Charles P. Hurowitz (a.k.a. Casey), a non-performing songwriter, is fast gaining recognition in the music world with a string of successes under his belt. He has a special skill for unique and expressive lyrics and memorable hooks. Quote from a review by Tonos co-founder and famed producer, David Foster on the song What a World:
"You really understand songwriting. Good build, good hook and very well structured. I found myself singing the hook two hours after listening which is a very good thing. Go beat the door down, youve got talent"
Recent credits include:
Television placements on America's Got Talent (NBC), Ace Of Cakes (The Food Network), Dr. 90210 (E!), Wedding Central (Women's Ent.), and My First Home (TLC).
* Painfully Single placed in the indie film ManDate (2008).

Hey Casey! Great to meet you at the Rally-- dropped by today for another listen to your great tracks (love your vocals). Thanks again for the e-mail tip last week. You rock. And your BD rocks too. :)
Morning Casey. Saw you were online and dropped in for another listen. Didn't hear Painfully Single last time, I _like_ the piano backing. I've gotta get my production standards up. SIgh. I gotta get a singer too...
I’ve replaced all my songs with re-mastered music. The most noticeable thing about them, is the increase in volume. Secondly is the added bottom to most of the compositions. And lastly, the added instrumentation that is brought forward, such as the electric piano in “This Time Forever”, and the curbing of some distortion here and there. The engineer is Luigie Gonzalez, and award winning A&R tech who is employed by A&R Select. Give them a listen and let me know what you think.
