About Charles Beckerson

I am a singer/songwriter and I live in the little town of Haslemere in Surrey. I play in a band called QUBE with my brothers and we mainly perform as a covers function band. I write and record my songs independently of the band at the moment which has provided me with the opportunity to learn drums and bass which are certainly steep learning curves! I like to perform my own songs to local audiences and am always on the look out for new venues at which I can do this. The songs I have posted have all been written in the last three years and recorded using a Boss BR 1200 hard disc recorder in the spare bedroom! I hope you enjoy listening to them and would appreciate your comments!

It's not in your player but it's my favourite of yours. I can hear a particular bit of it in my head but I'm damned if I can remeber the words. You hold a long note on the vocals in the chorus if it's any help. Nice one.

Can hear Money On My Mind being a good one to play live with a band - particularly like that one & I think your best recording so far. Busy Life is good too - that would work well acoustically; maybe I could accompany you on that one sometime with maybe a bit of piano at a songwriter night.
