I was very blessed to cross paths with two very talented, awsome
people - Julian and Stephanie, who's background are mainly in world
music. There is more on them on my space page friends list. There you
will learn lot's more about them and soon hear how the two styles of

What's up all? My name is Charles Gibson, originally from Southern
Pines NC. I went to Pinecrest High School class of '78. the core of my
family still lives there. I get to visit about once a year. Shortly
after high school, I found a passion in music along with other members
of my family. To make a long story short, I have spent the last 20
some odd years as a singer songwritter. I have played around the world
and have enjoyed all of my travels. I have been blessed to meet many
fine people (Some not so fine. but have managed to get through).
My family has always been a big part of my life, my dreams, and my
world. God bless you all. I currently live in Florida (moved from
Maryland and D.C.) I'm very happy to have landed in such a beautiful
place where I have been able to find my soul again. The road hasn't
been easy (though anything in life worth having never is). I dedicate
this page to my late brother Rodney, and my mom, Edna, whom I know
will always be by my side.
I have been more of a solo act for the last ten years or more -
songwriting for myself and others. I will continue my journey along
with the gift that God has given me and the support of others to share
my thoughts and feeelings about life - as it comes and as it's
lived. Don't be shy about adding yourself to my page. There is always
