Flamenco guitarist, singer songwriter, artist with exhibitions of his work in London, Paris, Wellington, Madrid, Charles Olsen continues to explore and combine his many talents. At 5 he began the piano and later the clarinet but it wasn't until he was 23 that he began the guitar and was immediately captivated by flamenco. In 1993 he took a course with Paco Peña in Cordoba and later studied with Juan Martín at Dartington International Summer School, and with Antonio Francisco and Tito Heredia in London. In 1993 he moved to Madrid and studies with maestro 'El Entri'.
Guitarrista de flamenco, canta-autor, pintor con exposiciones de sus obras en Londres, París, Wellington y Madrid. Charles Olsen sigue explorando y combinando sus variados talentos. Con 5 años empezó a tocar el piano y mas tarde el clarinete pero su afición por la guitarra flamenca no surgió hasta que tenía 23 años. Ha estudiado con Paco Peña, Juan Martín, Antonio Francisco, Tito Heredia, Jesús Pimentel, entre otros. Se trasladó a Madrid en 2003 donde estudia con el maestro 'El Entri'.
