About me:

The 2009 Festival will be May 1, 2009 from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Visitor's Center Bus Shed. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 with student ID and children 12 and under are FREE. Food and drinks are sold seperately. Entertainment will include Mariachi music, a live salsa band, professional salsa and ballroom dancers. Top Latin hits from DJ Luigi will finish out the night. For dancing enthusiasts, this is your chance to practice your moves and watch talented dancers perform in the “Dancing with Local Stars” dance competition. A portion of the proceeds from the festival will go to benefit the Ryan White HIV Care Program at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. Thank you to all of those who attended the 2008 Charleston Cinco de Mayo Festival.We would love to hear your feedback on how we can make this event even better!
