I am a mom, entrepreneur, designer, and writer. Recently, I have taken on the challenge as a sports writer. I have a heart for great All American competition and being a part of great things. My true passion is being a marketing consultant, specializing in strategic brand and corporate identity, as well as building brand awareness for products, professionals, and offering quality visibility for aspiring talent.I am a mom, entrepreneur, designer, and writer. After years of success in building brand awareness through effective marketing strategies, as well as cherishing and cultivating incredible relationships and resources in many industries, I am happy to announce that my career will take on a larger role working with talented professionals by offering effective strategies and sharing resources that will help others achieve dreams and success in the industry of choice.

About Charlene: I am an inventor, motivational speaker, designer, and writer. I love promoting unique talent, models, and photographers by connecting the dots thru networking and cultivating relationships.
I am proud to say that I have been the founder of several ventures that went from nothing to incorporating successful marketing plans and putting the ventures on the map. I was also the founder of a childrenswear brand and spent ten years building the global label that became one of the most recognized upscale childrenswear brands by moms, children, and buyers. The company was built by strategic and effective marketing. In mid 2008 I sold the company, and remained the President and Chief Creative Director until October 2009. Now, it is time to move on and pursue my true passion of writing and promoting other talented people. Throughout my career, I have been nominated for several design awards and other achievements that will always remain a part of who I am.
However, I am humbled and honored that in June 2009, I was nominated as one of the most influential names in the fashion and marketing industries by the Honors & Style Board. In July 2009, I was also voted to the advisory board of Hudson's Childrenswear Review, one of the most respected names in fashion media. In this spirit, I find that the natural progression for me, my children, my career, as well as other talented people is to follow my passion of discovering and promoting great products and talent to the world.
I have two amazing young daughters that I love and respect. I certainly hope to pass on my life lessons to them; sending them out to the world one day with a selfless heart and the same unconditional love for others that God shows us. I have been blessed with incredible and unforgettable life lessons that I embrace as learning experiences and I cherish the people in my life that have been true and loyal friends. Unapologetically, I say this from the heart of a lesser woman, but I choose not to surround myself with naysayers or those that cannot be truthful or loyal or promote my passions positively. I look forward to the future and working with so many talented people. I look forward to exchanging places and giving others their turn in the limelight. I know my daughters also long for this exchange.
One of my greatest joys is to understand other people and how they live. I believe that taking the time to understand others helps me to get closer to understanding myself so I can hopefully one day go from good, better, to best, as a friend and human being that one day will realize the answers to many of my life questions.
