I'm in my own little world, but they know me.
They don't have a section for sports here so I'll tell you what I'm into here. I am really into boxing, it's a honorable sport, believe me. I have a family history with boxing, one of my great uncles was a pro boxer and beat out a famous heavyweight champion(I can't for the life of me remember his name, Joe something), back in the early twentieth century. Learning about that got me into boxing. Besides, there is nothing more entertaining that watching two guys beat the snot out of each other or more empowering than when a woman gets in the ring with a guy and beats him out(you see more of that in personal matches than in pro matches). My favorite boxer is Mahamad Ali and it was a crime for him to loose the heavyweight title just because he stuck to his principals instead of going to war. As soon as I save up enough cash, I'm going to take boxing lessons, just for fun. As Mahamad Ali says: "Float like a butterfly; sting like a bee." Also, my sister wants me to check out hockey, she thinks I might like it...I don't know, so I might check it out... I also enjoys watching medieval and renaissance sports like jousting and others.
Rock, all the way around. If it is rock, I'm hooked. I mostly enjoy metal. I am proudly a second generation metalhead. All three of my parents listen to metal. I am also a third generation Pink Floyd fan. However, I also have an eclectic taste. My second favorite genre of music is classical music and the best finds are bands that mix classical with metal. My love of classical music runs deep from my childhood. I was raised on both classical music and rock, but my true love of classical music didn't come until I was nine when I saw an orchestra play live, from then I was in love and to this day I feel each note that is played reverberating through my system. I enjoy many classical composers and even some modern composers. Depending on my mood I will listen to other genres as long as it has a good beat to it, all except country. County music just irritates me for many reasons.
Movies
I am really into psychological thrillers and old horror, like House on Haunted Hill, Psycho, Amityvill(not the remake(s)), even some modern ones, and most of the Stephen King Movies. I'm not so much into slasher flics. I think all slasher flics are basically the same thing over and over again, just portrayed differently. I love comedy as well, I need a good laugh every so often. I love epic movies and action/adventure movies. I also collect old movies like Sunset Boulevard, Twelve Angry Men, Casablanca and so on. They may be old, but they have an artsy feel to them. I also break the typical chick stereotype by not caring for chick flicks.

Anyway, my name is Charlotte Elizabeth Hayden but everyone just calls me Charlie, there have been some who have called me Charlie-Beth. I have two brothers and one sister(all of them half siblings since my parents were only together for a few short months). Dave is Mom's first born, being seven years older than me. Mandy is Dad's second born, being four years younger than me, and Matt is Dad's third born, being seven years younger than me.
You're going to have to forgive me for being blunt and extremely outspoken, I usually say what is on my mind regardless of how it might sound to other ears. Keep in mind that what you might hear isn't always how I meant it.
I am a full time college student with a major in Digital Media and a minor in Creative Writing. In my spare time I like to do a lot of recreational writing. I enjoy being outdoors either swimming, camping in Weeki Watchee Springs where the river springs is clear and pure and wild manatees swim with you or hiking on wild life trails, enjoying the beach, and spending afternoons at Sawgrass Lake Park(which is Pinellas County's four hundred acre maple swamp) to relax. About once a month I'll go down to Ybor City with a group of people to party.
I rarely plan anything out in advance. The only planning that I ever do applies to school, everything else in life, I follow the policy to live for the moment. Surviving a near fatal accident at fourteen taught me to live and to enjoy life and that is what I am doing, there is no need for plans in my book. I just want to have fun while I can and I'm not on here for anything serious.

I have a few guidelines that I follow and expect others to follow when I deal with people online and if they are ignored and not even acknowledged by anyone, and this includes family, I will block you. I don't mean to be bitchy but I have little patience when people ignore my rules, rules that I put up to keep not only my privacy but also my own sense of personal space and safety. I will give you my guidelines here and I expect all of my friends to follow them. Here are my guidelines:
1) Do not rip off my photos for personal use without asking me first. Even if you do ask me, my answer will most likely be "no".
2)Do not send me chain comments or bulletins. I do not read them, I do not accept them, and I will not pass them on.
3) Do not try to spam me or try to advertise anything. I will block you on the first offense.
4) Do not 'block comment' me. Block comments is sending numerous comments and pictures together in my comments panel at one time. Even if you think that I may like it, do not group them together and send one after another. I will not accept them in that manner. Save them for one at a time.
5)Do not buy me off of my friend Joesph(who I affectionately refer to as JP)in the pets application. JP and I have a running joke on that and it is the reason why I have that application.
6) Do not send me a letter, telling me all about yourself, and ask me out. I really don't pay attention to such messages in my inbox.
7) When sending me a message, check your caps key. Typing with your caps key on is considered screaming, indicates anger, and is considerably rude. I will give you one reminder of this, but if you continue to neglect to check your caps key, I will neglect to respond in a timely fashion.
8)When sending me a message, type in English. I only speak English(I also speak Latin, but I sincerely doubt that any of you know Latin so it doesn't count). Do not shorten your sentences by only typing the first letter of every word. I do not text nor do I do so in my instant messenger, do not inconvenience me by forcing me to guess what you are saying. Also, do not type like you are talking to me from the Ghetto. I may have grown up in the trailer park around the corner from one, but I do not speak like a gangster and quite frankly, it is insulting to my intelligence when you try to speak to me in such a way.
9)Do not shower me with any negativity. If you do not agree with me, do not try to tell me or convince me that I am wrong. I do not care if you agree or not and I will not tell you that you are right an I am wrong. We are all entitled to our own opinions and beliefs. I respect your right to your own, please respect my rights.
10) Do not bring any drama to me. I am no longer in middle school and high school. I have enough drama within my family at the moment, I do not wish to get into it here. I go online to escape the drama. If you bring drama to me, I will block you on your third strike.

Who I'd like to meet: Who I'd love to meet? Hmmm... There are several people who I would love to have at least one conversation with.
Dr. Robert Ballard. I''d love to talk about the different ships he had explored.
Stephen King. A brilliant author with a unique, brilliant and twisted story telling ability. I want to get inside his head.
Sir. Anthony Hopkins. Just because he is my favorite actor.
Tim Burton. My favorite director, he is a true artist.
George Lucas. The man behind my Star Wars obsession. After taking Philosophy and Eastern Humanities, I have some theories on where he got his ideas and I'd like to discuss them with him.

Socrates. Seriously? He accepted death by poison at the end of his trial rather than being exiled and banned from questioning things and speaking about philosophy. That's inspiring, well to me.

George Carlin(may he rest in peace). Come on, this man mixed humor with his views on politics, religion and other things. He also knew his stuff.
In actuality the people that I would like to meet, who I have a real chance at meeting since I know that the chances of my meeting those who I admire are slim, follows this criteria:
~ Someone who is interesting, and by interesting I mean someone who has qualities in his or her personality that really stand out to me.
~ Someone who does not pass judgment on others no matter their differences and who can look past one's differences in order to see the beautiful person that one can be.
~ Someone outgoing and willing to put his or herself through the limits or through something that would be embarrassing.
~ Someone who is honest and real, not someone who fakes his or her way through life. I have to deal with someone fake on a daily bases and she really tests my limits, I don't want to deal with that here.
~ Someone with a really good sense of humor, especially someone who can laugh at his or herself. The ability to laugh at yourself is the key to an awesome sense of humor.
~ Anyone that I have known in the past who wants to get back in touch.

Not long ago, I bought the Fawlty Towers Complete Series set. Those 12 episodes are funnier than the entire run of most comedy series. John Cleese is, was, and will always be a genius.
