"Classically trained pianist Charlie Savigar has a distinctive style that distinguishes her from the crowd: 'I’ve got my own individual sound', she says. This 'unique sound' has not gone unnoticed. Charlie has been fortunate enough to spend the past few years working with Status Quo frontman Francis Rossi. Rossi's interest in what he refers to as Charlie's ‘wacky' sound has enabled her to collaborate with him in the studio, where he has played lead guitar in some of her tracks. Aside from gigging and recording as a solo artist, Charlie is also in full rehearsals with her new band, 'Charlie Savigar and The Architects' who have recently started performing live and are due to do some studio work in the coming months.
