Hey There Everyone! I'm Charlie Tatman from Grove City Ohio. I play solo acoustic two or three nights a week and with my band, Bad Influence most weekends. I play Southern Rock, Classic Rock and Country and have more fun than anyone should be allowed to have. C'mon out and see me if you are in the Columbus Ohio area or check out my website. Hope to meet you all real soon!
Here's my "Official Bio".
Charlie Tatman is the entertainer you must see. Solo with his doubleneck Ovation or with his band, his energetic show is a crowd pleaser. The quintessential entertainer, Charlie mixes rock and roll and country music into his own blend of southern and country rock. He then adds to that some down home story telling and a few jokes and he creates an intimate performance style no matter what size venue he is in. With songs from Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bob Seger, The Eagles, John Mellencamp, Hank Jr., and others, as well as his own originals, his playlist will Take you back home. They are songs you can recognize and sing along with.
A soulful, bluesy vocal style, git-r-done attitude, and just one of the boys personality allows this amazing artist to really deliver the goods on stage... Whether performing for a country crowd, a rock and roll audience or a few friends on his back porch, everyone has a good time at a Charlie Tatman show!
Charlie has been playing and singing for as long as he can remember. Growing up the youngest son of a fire and brimstone Baptist preacher, he learned at an early age how music can move someone to jump and shout and share the spirit. After hearing Elvis and seeing the female fans reaction to his music, he knew he wanted to be an entertainer. He began playing guitar and started his first band in junior high school and began performing at local talent shows and school functions. Through the years he has played with several local bands, most of which played classic and southern rock as well as some country. His influences are the southern rock and classic rock bands of the seventies such as Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bad Company, Molly Hatchet, as well as Bob Seger, Ted Nugent, Elvis, and Hank Jr.
In August of 2002 Charlie began playing music full time. He put together a duo with a good friend and was soon playing two or three nights a week with the duo and performing most weekends with his band. After a year the duo went separate ways and Charlie began his solo career. Again he was performing three nights a week solo and was doing weekend shows with his band, mostly local venues.
With the release of his self-titled debut CD in October of 2005, Charlie achieved the lifelong goal of recording his own songs and performing all the instrumental and vocal tracks. His original music runs a gambit of styles. Some songs are ballads, others are straight ahead rockers. Some are country and others are bluesy. These styles all reflect the music that Charlie grew up on.
Charlie is well known in central Ohio and has performed at many venues in and around Ohio and Nashville, Tennessee. He has opened up for such headliners as Tim Rushlow, Ronnie Keel, Charlie Wayne, Iron Horse, and local favorites, McGuffey Lane.
In May of 2006 Charlie was signed by CMG Records in Nashville to record his first CD, Free and Easy. It was voted the 5 top Indie release by Swampland.com.

Friday is a great time to jump in and get your feet wet and sail off into the weekend and leave your cares behind for a while and find that perfect spot away from everything that reminds you of modern day. It doesn’t matter what you do as long as it is not what you are always doing through the week. Have a beautiful time this weekend!.............
Some physicists believe the separation between past, present, and future is only an illusion, although a convincing one. Wednesday is not a stop but place to mark the flow like a sign post on your journey…….
At first glance the shells all look the same but closer examination will reveal each is unique just like every day is unique and you are unique in every way. May this Monday be as unique and special as you are……..
