Charlottesville Music has been serving musicians in Central Virginia since 1983. Primarily a new and used guitar and amp shop, we also carry a large selection of recording and sound gear and accessories of all kinds. Charlottesville Music prides itself by offering "big city discounts with small town service."
Not only do we sell gear, but we do repairs on most stringed intruments. From string changes to set ups to pickup installation, we can keep your axe in tip top playing condition. For other repairs such as nut jobs, refretting, bridge or saddle replacement, or split tops we act as agent for luthier Bishop Stearn. Likewise for electronic repair, we can refer you to Interlaken, Inc. or Universal Electronics Repair.
Charlottesville Music also rents small top box mixer-amps and speakers for acoustic acts, bands, or Ipod parties, weddings, etc.

Numb Incision is a Metal band from Orange, Va. We are currently looking for a Metal drummer with experience. Drummers should be in the age group of 16-21 with professional equipment and reliable transportation. Gigs are already booked in the Fredericksburg area and we are currently working on a record deal with No Explanations Records. We have a setlist of 30+ songs with 7 of them being originals.
