    Neo-Liberal
(You scored 51% Personal Liberty and 34% Economic Liberty!)

A neo-liberal believes in moderate government intervention on personal matters and moderate to high government intervention on economic matters. They believe in a social safety net or welfare state and try to balance personal liberty with safety or security. Some neo-liberals believe in more foreign intervention or war then most other leftists. Others are more like Centrist Democrats. More authoritarian-leaning Neo-liberals (such as personal 40/economic 30) are the result of a "fusion" between "old left" and "new right" tendencies.

About me:

Click on my blog entry above or visit: 'The Revelation of John: A Spiritual Novel' Page or http://www.geocities.com/therevelationofjohn (Please stop by your library or bookstore and request my book to be ordered--AT LEAST 10% OF MY ROYALTIES WILL BE DONATED TO THE Christian Appalachian Project. Thanks!)*******Well, let's see...My name is Charyl Miller Pingleton. You can call me Char. :-) I'm Heinz 57 Varieties: A mix of Irish/Scot, English, French, German, some Jewish, and God knows what else---with supposedly a teeny bit of Cherokee/Native American thrown in. My mother has traced most of our family coming to America just before the Civil War era. More recently....... As of Spring 2009: Married 12 years to Tracy. Have a girl 9.5 years old and a boy 11 years old. My children both have varying degrees of autism of which I am trying to teach language/behavior to my youngest. I've published two novels ('The Revelation of John: A Spiritual Novel' and ' Angel Unaware '). I am a lightworker (Starseed) and a bit of an intuitive. My husband is Active Air Force and I have been in the U.S. Air Force/Air National Guard as well. I've been trained in military intelligence, investigation, and medical transcription. I'm an Associated Content Producer (My Content Producer Page). I was born and raised in Pana, Illinois. Over the last several years, I've lived in Texas (Lackland/Goodfellow AFB's), Florida (Patrick AFB), Wyoming (Pinedale/Boulder Seismic Detach.), and Ohio (Wright-Patt AFB). I'm a classical pianist. I love to knit. I'm also learning to tune pianos, helping my son learn the guitar, and trying to teach both kids the piano~ *******IF YOU ARE AN AUTHOR, LIBRARY/BOOKSTORE EMPLOYEE, OR AVID READER, Click Here. I also run a non-traditional book review site entitled Uncommon Review. My AIM name is Charyl1978 Circa 1980 at my Grandpa's farm (where I grew up)******************Several months ago, I took part in The Genographic DNA Project through National Geographic. Here is a map of my results. My ancestors took the route in red, but the biege lines are areas where groups of people share DNA markers with my family (Haplogroup H)... And this is the way God sees me...

Who I'd like to meet:

..
Myspace LayoutsI got this layout from topbunMyspace Layouts
Robert Sherman Denbow and Eva (Yates) Denbow--My grandparents on my Mom's side. Grandpa is still alive and Grandma (who was raised in an orphanage during The Depression) died several years ago on my 13th birthday.
Fred Miller and Maude (Hicks) Miller---My grandparents on my Dad's side. Both of them died several years before I was born when my father was young. I've been told I have her mannerisms, but since I never met her, I wouldn't know. She looks a little bit like Amelia Earhart to me. :-)
This is Tirzah (Hoylands) Johnson (1848-1933). She is somehow related to me on my father's side. I included her because when I looked at her picture I saw something very familiar in her eyes. The Geneological Society published a booklet of her poems (She's an author, too!). She was from Pennsylvania, but was sort of a pioneer-woman going with her husband (who died early--she writes "A granite stone now marks the place, where earth and casket hide his face.") throughout the U.S. frontier. She writes about "Dear ones on the 'Other Side'" and "Those dear Scotch/Irish ancestors, all lived to a good old age; nor dreamed that memories of them, should grace this booklet's page." What strikes me most is where she writes, "Our father marched with Union men--With Sherman to the sea; We were so glad when he came home, yes glad as glad could be."
Taken around 1918, these are the Denbow, Mack, Johnson, Wolf, and Todd Families (all related). The house they are standing in front of is the house where my Mom now lives, so it's been in the family for several decades. Where they are sitting is now the location of a large pine tree. The windows where the picture was taken in front of, was my room as a teenager. Every night while lying in bed, I could hear indistinct voices talking in the house. Must have been family :-)
