Hard rockin' country spiced up Louisiana style with a pinch of swamp pop, a dash of southern rock, oldies but goodies to taste, and a whole lot of energy are the makings of a Chase Tyler show. Since the release of his debut "Cut to the Chase" CD, Chase Tyler and the Chase Tyler Band have been tearing up honky tonks and burning down roadhouses throughout the southland, winning fans and friends and breaking hearts all along the way. Before settling back in his native Louisiana, Chase appeared and performed with some of the biggest names in the music business while paying his dues and honing his craft all the way from Branson to Nashville and New York (get a rope!). But Louisiana has long had a reputation for being home to some of the world's best musicians, and it was in his home state that Chase decided to record. "Cut to the Chase" tells of love found and sometimes lost, rags and riches, and includes a prophetic ode of Chase's return to his home state after many hard years on the road. Produced by Nelson Blanchard of Louisiana's LeRoux, "Cut to the Chase" has something for everyone who loves country music. Chase's smooth, rich vocals, backed by some of Louisiana's best musicians, make you want to hug the one you love and get up and dance, often at the same time.
