SYNOPSIS OF THE PLAY:
Rev. Reginald Anderson has everything: a prominent church, an outstanding reputation, and a loving, supportive wife. However, his world is turned upside-down when his younger brother moves in with him and a secret comes back to haunt him. Reginald tries to handle things on his own, but he must come to the realization that sometimes… all we have to do is surrender.

Fear keeps us from taking chances in our lives, the chances that can either ruin or aid our destiny. Yet, life doesn't really give us that opportunity when we are faced with an obstacle that we have to cross. Life doesn't give us the option of being afraid in this situation. Either we sacrifice progress, give up, and stand stagnated, or we die to it all and leave no room of the knowing. The knowing of whether it could have been a pleasant outcome or an awful outcome. But God gives us a promise in Romans 8:28, "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." So, whatever decision we feel we have made in our eye's view "if" you are called according to his purpose, it has to work together for your good...as long as...u stay in his will. His will, u say? Yes, within the word of God, nothing more, nothing less. This promise maintains the drive in your life. This promise keeps you from being stagnated in regrets, thoughts of failure, thoughts of ruin, and thoughts of despair. This promise helps to keep the believer in a state of hope. Hope that makes you not ashamed, but a hope that keeps the human spirit "driven". Driven to a point that nothing, nobody, or anything can stop the momentum of the human spirit that’s gassed up with the word of God. Driven to a point that only God can dictate whatever step is taken next, not human.
We all seek for the map of life to get us to our destined treasure, but there's only one that we all can search our journey out in, and that's in the word of God. Self help books, maximize your potential books, and our own self driven wills will only lead us into an Israelite around the wilderness journey. It is in the will of God for us to know what he has for us. He has given us a grief to heal, he has given us a love of his gift within you to do, and he has given each of us a serious thorn to avoid. In that we find keys to unlock the doors of our destiny. But it's the drive of the human spirit to keep fighting when there is no fighting left, to keep pushing when there is no push left, and most of all to keep believing when situations are hard to believe. It's the drive of the human spirit to jump an obstacle too hard to face, to believe in a promise too hard to see, and to believe in God who we can't see but must believe. It is the drive of the human spirit to keep searching out our purpose when life seems not at the moment purposeful. It is the drive of the human spirit to not give up.

Romans 13:7 Render to all men their dues. [Pay] taxes to whom taxes are due, revenue to whom revenue is due, respect to whom respect is due, and honor to whom honor is due.8 Keep out of debt and owe no man anything, except to love one another; for he who loves his neighbor [who practices loving others] has fulfilled the Law [relating to one's fellowmen, meeting all its requirements].9 The commandments, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not kill, You shall not steal, You shall not covet (have an evil desire), and any other commandment, are summed up in the single command, You shall love your neighbor as [you do] yourself.10 Love does no wrong to one's neighbor [it never hurts anybody]. Therefore love meets all the requirements and is the fulfilling of the Law. 11 Besides this you know what [a critical] hour this is, how it is high time now for you to wake up out of your sleep (rouse to reality). For salvation (final deliverance) is nearer to us now than when we first believed (adhered to, trusted in, and relied on Christ, the Messiah).12 The night is far gone and the day is almost here. Let us then drop (fling away) the works and deeds of darkness and put on the [full] armor of light.13 Let us live and conduct ourselves honorably and becomingly as in the [open light of] day, not in reveling (carousing) and drunkenness, not in immorality and debauchery (sensuality and licentiousness), not in quarreling and jealousy.14 But clothe yourself with the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and make no provision for [indulging] the flesh [put a stop to thinking about the evil cravings of your physical nature] to [gratify its] desires (lusts). This is a promise you can totally believe without doubt. In the day of Isaiah is was a promise to come but in our day and time it is here for us to have for our own. Stop just believing for answered prayers expect God's ability to give you what you above and beyond what you even think.
