In 2004 Andrew Maler and Stefan Fähler began sound experiments with guitars and theremin. In the following years Steno Glenolak (Bass) and Max (Drums) completed the line-up. Château Laut have shared the stage with the Skeletons from New York (Tomlab), Mono from Japan (Human Highway, Temporary Residence Limited), TV Buddhas from Israel (FITW Records), Dmonstrations from Tokyo/L.A. (SAF Records, GSL, LovePumpUnited, Moor Works), We vs Death from the Netherlands (Children No More UK/ Zankyo Japan), Nicoffeine from Koblenz (BluNoise), Kovlo from Switzerland (On the camper records/ Jestrai / Differential), Long Distance Calling from Münster (Viva Hate Records), Jeanie Bueller (haywain recordings), Elyjah and Two Fat Twins from Berlin.
