I am The Moon
Hope, expectation, Bright promises.
The Moon is a card of magic and mystery - when prominent you know that nothing is as it seems, particularly when it concerns relationships. All logic is thrown out the window.
The Moon is all about visions and illusions, madness, genius and poetry. This is a card that has to do with sleep, and so with both dreams and nightmares. It is a scary card in that it warns that there might be hidden enemies, tricks and falsehoods. But it should also be remembered that this is a card of great creativity, of powerful magic, primal feelings and intuition. You may be going through a time of emotional and mental trial; if you have any past mental problems, you must be vigilant in taking your medication but avoid drugs or alcohol, as abuse of either will cause them irreparable damage. This time however, can also result in great creativity, psychic powers, visions and insight. You can and should trust your intuition.
Barack Obama, Jimmy Carter, Robert Anton Wilson, FDR, MLK, JFK, (my favorite progressive initials), Pat Henry and Ed Kramer for starting Dragon*Con, Joe Campbell, Wayne (Whedon Track), Marcia (Stargate track), Peter Miller of Hyatt security, Dr. Quinn, Con Security. Not necessarily in that order.

Sam (the grrl) Chatoyant Loading up some of my Dragon*Con Photos. 23 Eyl 2009 tarihinde devamı
Check out Jimmy Fallon at ComicCon. I never thought I would see Joss Whedon with a loss for words.
My cousin Christian is coming from Denmark as well as my son Dustin and his bride-to-be, Nina!
Well I finally met Brad Dourif and Robert Llewellyn! And on the very first day of Dragon*Con, too! I met Cliff Simon at the System Lord Summit, and enjoyed a panel with Kevin Sorbo and Laura Bertram, too.
I also met Tahmoh Pennikett, Edward James Olmos and Michael Hogan and met again James Callis, Aaron Douglas and Richard Hatch when I had one photo with all six actors. It was quite amazing.
I also met Ratboy and Hellkitten, P.I.M.P. and Lisachu and the inimitable Achbar! And whole bunches of my other friends from the Dragoncon Yahoo Group.
For more about my 2008 Dragon*Con Steampunk Adventure, check out my Blog of the same name! I will be posting photos and other evidence of my adventures soon!
I have been attending Dragon*Con for most of the past 15 years, an Eternal Member since 1995. There has always been more to do than time in which to do it, but I am going to try to put a little more effort into returning the favors of friendship I so often receive at this wonderfully unconventional convention.
Click below for a list of links to my extensive pages including Dragon*Con 2007, the FX Show in Orlando, and my domestic and international travels. You don't need to look at the mundane stuff, it is there for my family! Its not done yet, I still have to complete my pages for this year.
I do have many other interests, but none so compelling as my SciFi crack. I am a Progressive Democrat and I work very hard for candidates who support environmental protection as well as civil and human rights, sustainable agriculture and energy, ending the war on Iraq, as well as the war on drugs, another horrendous failure. I am a patriotic citizen but this country has been headed in the wrong direction regarding the rights of citizens and the causes of crime for quite sometime.
I am also a fitness and health buff, workout regularly, run 2 to 5 miles most weekends, rollerskate and bicycle. I eat primarily a raw fresh fruit and vegetable diet, but with some dairy and seafood. I also love whole grain goodness, baking peasant loaf and waybread with lots of nuts, herbs, fruit, and seed.
I hope you enjoy my site. I plan to blog occasionally when I find something of particular interest or outrage!
Dear MySpacers,
I just joined a really cool group called Goodreads. Check out all the books I have read or start a list of your own:
