About Chatter

Chatter is a boston based original punky rock band started by singer/songwriter Andrea Stankevitch and guitarist Luke Johnson. Chatter's current line-up includes guitarist Natalie Wheeler, bassist Evan Dunn, and drummer Lou Paniccia. Chatter has played various venues and clubs in Boston, including The Hard Rock Cafe. Chatter was chosen in the top twenty bands of over 200 Boston rock bands competing in the Dunkin Donuts Garage Rock Contest Apr '04, appearing live at the Matrix at The Roxy. Chatter's influences; Andrea's include, Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Bjork; Natalie, Smashing Pumpkins, Goldfinger, All; Luke, Zap Mama, Postal Service, Squarepusher; Evan, Phish, The Disco Biscuits, Green Day; Lou, Frank Zappa, The Police, Fountains of Wayne.
