A 7-day writer's retreat like no other, during which You'll be given personal guidance by Skip and three other multi-award winning hit songwriters. This year: Deanna Bryant ("Stupid Boy," "Johnny and June," "Don't Make Me"), Clay Mills ("Fall," "Beautiful Mess," "Don't Think I Don't Think About It"), and Chris Wallin ("Love Me If You Can," "Don't Blink") Apply for one of up to 20 scholarships to attend Horse & Writer Invitational for $0 tuition, but do it soon (by Friday)! This year’s line up includes Roosevelt High School from Seattle, WA; American Fork High School from American Fork, UT; Baton Rouge Magnet School from Baton Rouge, LA; Dorman High School from Roebuck, SC; Oak Ridge High School from Oak Ridge, TN; and White Pines Middle School from Saginaw, MI. We are honored and privileged to present such a distinguished panel of musicians to work with the youth ensembles at the National Orchestra Cup.
