Who I'd like to meet:
Mario Batali. The guy is a genius, and him and I dress almost exactly alike. I want to learn from him, he cooks the exact style of food that I one day want to be making in my own restaurant. Meeting him could solidify my culinary POV, and provide direction for my, somtimes scatterbrained, ideas.
