    Hung, can you recommend me a recipe of yours to try? I saw a youtube video of yours with Geoduck. It was super awesome man! You really opened up the eyes of America about Asians in the culinary world. Man, you're my inspiration to go to Culinary School.     Hope all is still well with you and the biz in NY!
    Wooow I am so enjoying watching those Master squirm and shake in their boots on T.C., aren't you.  Man that's some good stuff there, now they see how hard those cooking competitions are.  I cannot wait to see you, Stephanie, Harold, and Illan, all go up against each other on the Top Chef Masters show in aaaah I say about 4-5 years........LOL!
