About me:
I'm a chef, working for private clients doing formal, seated dinners and cooking lessons.
I have a wonderful husband, two adorable pit-bulls, and a little vegetable garden that gets a lot of attention.
I love to cook, and I enjoy experimenting with all kinds of products. It's fun to go into a market and find things I haven't heard of before, or to try recipes that sound like they'd be interesting.
Who I'd like to meet:
Tyler Florence, for the hottie chef factor
Emeril Lagasse because he's one of the most passionate chef's I've ever seen
Gale Gand because she became a chef as her second career, and made herself a success
...but those are just the chefs -- there are so many more inspiring people I'd like to meet!
