obviously cooking but i also play guitar and sing a bit and i love the ocean as a sailor i like to be out on my boat on a good day do a bit of fishing or just cruising around. a good book doesnt go a miss.. and a few beers on a regular basis with a smoke to chill things out a little.

mostly popular rock stuff like guns'n'roses and folky type stuff like cat stevens all the old greats, bob dylan, bob marley, zep, etc etc etc and some new stuff too...
Movies
im easy going with this stuff but you cant beat stephen king, quentin tarantino, george lucas, steven spielburg, anything remotly supernatural, sci fi, horror....... but i also like good comedies and action movies too.
Television
anything to do with food so i can criticise and also get good tips the news can be of interest but its so depressing i dont mind not watching, a good drama with interesting story line not a big fan of soaps but hey its only tv.....
Books
mostly books of factual content, history, relegious (but im not religiuos i like factual info on history and sometimes you get that from these books. egyptoligy and anything to do with the wonders of the world and ancient civilisations, and a good story every now and then

Having worked alongside many famous and top celebraty chefs such as Todd English (U.S.A.), Jean-marie Zimmerman (France),Karl Winkler (Austria), Greame Cockburn (France,Hong Kong,U.K.) Vincent Hazelton (U.K.)Matthew Harris(U.K.),Pascal Du Portmonte (Belgium) and many more, I had reached the pinnacle of my career as the Demonstration/Celebraty Chef on board the luxury super liner R.M.S.
