Interests, eh? I'm interested in a variety of things. For instance; crocheting, knitting, loom knitting (knifty knitter), basically anything involving something useful that I have made with my hands. I quite enjoy that.
I also enjoy outdoor activities. Hiking, which I haven't done in FOREVER. Jetskiing, which is pretty darn fun. Just generally being outside is nice. Having a sunny day in Washington is a gift!

I like everything EXCEPT rap, I'd rather be deaf. I grew up listening to Country with my Mom, and Heavy Metal with my Dad. So both types of music are still instilled in my tastes. I also like a little more eclectic mix too. | | Movies | 
I like all sorts of movies...I'm still waiting for a scary movie to actually scare me. I will forever and always enjoy Disney movies. I think my favorite movie, to date, is still Idiocracy. It's so true. And we are so close to it NOW, that its sad. If you haven't seen it, I would highly suggest going out and seeing it...

I like stupid girly reality shows. I like "Farmer Wants a Wife" and "America's Next Top Model". I hate "The Hills" and that tanning salon show. I really liked "The Swan", because it was amazing to see these women put themselves through immense pain to be what society views as beautiful. And quite honestly most of them looked better before the thousands of dollars of surgeries. Lately I've acquired two new addictions: Big Love which is a show about the "normalcy" of Polygamy. And then there's Breaking Bad who stars Bryan Cranston (the dad from Malcolm in the Middle), and he's a cancer patient who cooks meth to leave money for his family. GREAT show!! | | Books | 
Books Books Books. I haven't read a book for pleasure in quite some time. Summer Sisters and Beowulf are still my favorites though! I love love love True Crime Novels. Is that creepy? | | Heroes | 
I can say that all my friends and loved ones are my heroes for various reasons, but the person I truly admire is my Dad. He fought for his life at such a young age, and was strong for his kids. How can you not admire a man like that? He was a strong person and I miss him more and more every day. RIP Daddy.

About me:
It's the beginning of 2009.
My lifestyle reflects happiness and ambition.
I'm easygoing and laid back, don't mistake that for lazy and shy.

I am in love with the most wonderful man ever. He supports me in any and all endeavors, he's trustworthy/trusting, he's an animal in the jungle, he gives me butterflies, he's the reason for the smile falling asleep and the same one waking up, and I think he likes me too!
I no longer fear change, I embrace it. Nothing will improve unless it changes.
I write the book of my life in pen, I cannot change my past, nor do I want to. Everything happens for a reason. The culmination of your past and how you let it affect you make you who you are.
Daddy always said not to talk to strangers, but every person you meet is an encyclopedia of places you've never been, perspectives you've never heard, ideas you've never had, interests you've never known, and opinions you've not experienced. Take time to listen to what others have to say.
