Mainly comedy- Spaced, The Mighty Boosh, My Name is Earl, Family Guy, The Daily Show, Flight of the Conchords, Scrubs... Now I'm in the USA I've discovered that even the adverts are funny- although for all the wrong reasons! I LOVE House!
Books
I enjoy reading books on Psychology (particularly the Paraphilias), the Universe and Body Modification. I like art and photography books, 'Everything that Creeps' by Liz McGrath is amazing! Live in a Better Way' by the Dalai Lama is one of the most inspirational books I've ever read. 'Prozac Nation' is probably the most overrated book I've ever read and 'American Psycho' seriously made me wanna puke! ...I love the Harry Potter books!

Welcome to the delightful world of Misty Lux: tassel twirling, fire eating, pointe dancing, neo-burlesque performer.
Hailing from the distant shores of merry ol' England Misty Lux, a tantalising mix of glamorous flame haired temptress and cheeky cheesecake showgirl, has packed up her tassels and now brings her unique brand of burlesque to the USA!
Since first taking to the stage in early 2007 Misty has endeavored to explore all areas of burlesque resulting in a wide variety of performances that span everything from dark and dramatic, to comedic and upbeat! Always wanting to give the audience a visual treat she has mastered fire eating, frequently performs en pointe and has an impressive costume collection including isis wings and feather fans.
While in the UK Misty was not only a resident performer at premier burlesque and cabaret show Carnival Divine but also performed at a variety of events the length of the UK including various Burlesque events, Tattoo Conventions, The London Burlesque Festival, Fetish Events and a major UK music Festival. Since her move to the States Misty has performed at numerous venues in the New York area including shows at The Slipper Room, Kitty Nights, Hotsy Totsy, Original Cyn, Bordello and The Wham, Slam, Bam Variety Hour.
Misty is also a model and is available for photo shoots. She has modeled for various clothing companies, pinup work and studio group shoots with a number of talented photographers including Vanity Fair and Vogue photographer Jason Bell.
