I help my dad out with his Necromancy but I've only got mild abilities in that arena. I'm better at the witchy stuff. I dig hanging out with friends. Mostly we hang at the local diner and torment the hapless Scary Mary waitress there (But we leave good tips, so she tolerates :) ) I read, no - devour books. Anything I can get my hands on.
Music
I have very definite feelings about certain types of music that may offend, so I'll keep my opinions to myself.
Movies
Little Shop of Horrors, Les Mis, LotR series, BackBeat, Yes I love Shaun of the Dead even though my best friend is a zombie :), Dogma, Orientation, Star Wars Saga, Strictly Ballroom, Equilibrium, To Die For, Near Dark, Hard Day's Night, Velvet Goldmine
Television
Don't watch much television really. Might catch a Padre game with my dad. Oh! Bones. I love Bones. And Buffy.
The name is CherryPop. Seriously. Go ahead and get the snickering out of the way. When my mother told her mother what she had named me, the first thing she said was"That sounds like a stripper's name." So don't imaging that I've never heard the innuendos and jokes ;) I love my mother, but she's... eccentric. And she won't tell me why she named me CherryPop but I like to think it's after the drink, and not the porny stripper.
I'm a witch and occasionally I help out my dad who is a necromancer. For real. People usually don't know what to say to that, or make of me. I'm pretty open about what I do because I don't see why the supernatural world can't join up with the normals. Deep down you already believe. Maybe you don't want to believe it, but you're going to have to.
I go to a lot of rallies and I try to help my zombie friends gain their civil rights. Now that they're no longer on the fringe of society, it's time to acknowledge them and let them function in society.
