Hey! How have you been? Busy with the new house? I'm so jealous! I want a house!!! I've just been trying to lose weight and I just got a new doggie! She's a Chinese Crested just like my other dog. As far as losing weight, I use myfitnesspal.com to track calories and exercise. I eat about 1200-1300 calories a day of GOOD (healthy) food and workout at least 5 times a week. We go to the YMCA. I do at least 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training but usually more cardio (like an hour) cause I want to lose weight faster. I'm diabetic and was going to get gastric bypass to resolve my diabetes but this is working just as well and just as fast and it's cheaper and will last longer and I'll be so proud that I did it on my own the right way! I have at lwast 70 more lbs to lose but I'm getting closer. Hope all is well with you. XoXO
