When you get down to it, we basically go back and forth between two basic emotions: love and fear. Fear can be healthy(fear of walking into traffic for instance) but most of the time, it's an unreal movie we are playing in our head. Fear prevents us from living our dreams, from taking chances, from living our lives the way would like to. Our fears hold us prisoner in jails of our own making. Only when we live through the eyes of love and not fear can we be truly authentic and true to ourselves.
Today, I have a simple question for you. Please ponder it. And find a way to act on it. What risks would you take if you weren't afraid? Wishing you a wonderful week ahead,
Happy Friday 13th! Energy is neither good nor bad, it is how we decide to use that energy that defines who we are and the kind of experiences we have. Friday 13th is a powerful day, but not one to be feared. We must always remember that whatever we think about we will attract into our lives. By keeping our thoughts positive and proactive this powerful stream of energy can be used to bring good things into our lives. So don’t face today with fear but look at it as a day as any other filled with possibilities, it is a powerful day none the less so choose to use the energy wisely! Some days you may feel as if you are invisible, that life is going on around you and you aren’t part of it. Remember that at soul level we are all one, all connected to one another.
