OUCH!!! I am sorry to hear that. Molly broke her elbow and it was forever before she could do anything strenuous. Shoulder though??? Ouch. Hell, I had back surgery (had a disc removed) and was shopping two days later! Must've been a bad one! I sorry :( **virtual hugs**)
