Music (playing, writing, listening to, discovering), photography, sitting on couches late at night with drink in hand and friends to talk to, books, movies that help feed whatever mood I'm in, cooking and eating, collecting shot glasses from places I've been or as gifts, being surrounded by nature but not necessarily touching it, exploring towns and cities

Heroes
My family, my wife, anyone who takes a stand for Christ and won't bow down to how the world tells us we should selfishly live.
My name is Shane. I'm married to a beautiful, sarcastic, compassionate woman named Maranda. I have 2 children; a 5 year old daughter named Emzie who is very passionate about life and a 2 year old son named Milo who is constantly busy. I'm not athletic but I like stretching out on autumn days and watching football and falling in and out of sleep. Autumn is definitely my favorite time of the year. I like music, playing it, writing it, discovering it, analyzing it. I believe when two people meet they should exchange playlists instead of a handshake. I like food. I like to prepare it and eat it, but not necessarily clean it up. If for some reason I ever left the ministry, I would be a chef or a restaurant critic or open my own greasy spoon joint. I'm a very amateur photographer. I entered my first photography contest at our local art center last year. I like to travel and explore, though due to lack of funds I don't get to do that nearly enough or as far as I'd like to. On my days off it is not uncommon to find me driving around getting lost on back roads and enjoying the sights of the countryside. I believe in Jesus. I believe he is who he claimed to be and I try to live my life according to what he taught.
I am feeling ok. Just pretty stiff, kinda freaked out and tired. I went to the ER got a clean bill of health so thats good. Im really doing a lot of soul searching and asking God why He allowed that to happen.
Ok, I promised Adam this morning I would give the Kaiser Chiefs a second listen. I'm downloading now. Much more impressed second go around. Oh how the turntables...
Well God has put a guy in my life that is so wonderful, but at the same time, hes not quite right for me right now. Sooo Im prayin my heart out that he comes to know Him! Are you sorry you asked now, lol! Just kidding
ouch...no wife...I don't know what I would do... perhaps eat lots of chips and hot dogs and watch loooots of sports and perhaps rent a looot of shootem up movies.
ohh yea...I would leave the seat up as well...and not wash my hands...humm and cry my eyes out cause I don't know what I would do without my little wifey...she is my hero.
This is just my old Harmony kit (piece of crap!) that I started out on. I use my even holder, second hand, marching snare with it. I like the sound better. But it's all junk to just beat on in the end. I need to break down and buy a nice kit.
You are missing out Good Sir! Not on No One of Consequence, because you know the glory found there. But Highlander Grogg is second to God himself! Amazing. You need to move the whole two hours to us. We have a blastie blast.
Better make it fast! Your bro just hooked me up with some Highlander Grogg and a No One of Consequence cd! But now the Grogg is dwindling and the cd is still rocking my socks. About Springsteen's butt, I think it complements my hoodie rather well!
I'm so sorry to hear about your grandma...yes you can relate because the grandma I lost was the one that we spent most of our time with,,,,we were very very close.
haha! I gotta get some restoration going on in my life! It's crazy! :D
Well lets just hope I passed the test, lol! Thank you for the encouraging words of wisdom!

Thanks, Shane! The more the merrier, lol!
It depends. MJ before the creepfest, hook it up! HIStory and beyond, way too weird for me.

Kaiser Chiefs? No thank you sir. No thank you. That is one dish I will not eat. Nor allow to be served in my presence.
Are you taking over,or are you taking orders? Are you going backwards,or are you going forwards?
That's right, I know my Clash!
