Every Sunday at Holiday Club Jimmy Sutton will be spinnin' the wax to gets ya movin' to the beat, the beat, the BEAT!!! Jimmy will be spinnin' rock-a-billy, rock'n'roll, jump rhythm 'n' blues, hip shakin' blues 'n' boppers, hillbilly boogie 'n' some woogie, strollers to shake yo' molars! The Holiday Club, located at 4000 N. Sheridan in Chicago, has two bars, top-notch comfort food, outdoor cafe', drink specials, quality billiards, a photo booth, a Rock 'n' Bowl video game that looks like one of those old Phlico TVs, a great sound system, a whole bunch of TVs in which Jimmy will be playing a plethora of rock 'n' roll footage! Over the dance floor Holiday club even has one of them mirror ballroom balls spinning around to make you dizzy! Sunday night's drink special: 5$ pitchers of Papst Blue Ribbon, and 7$ pitchers of Guinness, Harp, Bass, and Pilsner Urquell.

Don't forget everyone – In a rare Midwest pair of appearances, Eddie Clendening is set to take the stage this weekend in Detroit and Chicago. This is one that you shouldn't miss. We so rarely get out of town acts that come through Chicago now, it will be a rare chance to see him close to home and not have to travel to a weekender. On top of everything else, the Chicago show is at Ventrella's caffe where you are encouraged to bring your own booze. How can you miss? It's a less than $20 evening no matter what way you look at it :-)
Bring your friends… its always more fun the more crazy ass rock n' rollers you pack into a place…
Ventrella will be keeping the panini grill and espresso machine running (hey – for the caffe, that's the entire kitchen !!) until about 9 pm. So if you want something to soak up the liquor while you intoxicate yourselves, drop in a little before the show and sample some of the best Italian gelato, coffee and paninis you'll get anywhere in Chicago!
