Chicago Music Promotions started out in October of 2006 to Promote Independent Musicians, Bands, Djs & Indie Record Labels. The site in the beginning was a very simple website and i had to add everyone to the site myself, after a year i was able to make the site automated. Now since we promote talent and help get you heard and or seen we do have a FEE to be on the site and or if you want to use us to promote you online. I think that if you are a Unsigned Musician or Band you do need to pay you're DUES as well and kick back to the people who help promote you no matter if its ONLINE or on the STREETS. I am done dealing with Freeloading talent and i think on a personal level that if you want a free ride you can stay on myspace with 1 zillion people who are doing the same thing you are doing trying to get promoted and heard for free.

New Music Promote Started out in April of 2008 as a FREE NETWORK For Music Talent. Since the chicago site is more strategic to Chicago Metro Region i wanted to offer another site that can be for everyone so i started that site and its doing very well. IT has over 8 million hits per month and there is over 1,000 + members on the network, so be sure to register on the site and get your profile and media on the network. Keep in mind we do NOT make a effort to promote people on this site since it is FREE however if you want to pay us to promote you on my free site we can do that as well. We do have "featured" status boxes on the network so you can get featured on the network and stand out.
