You're going to die!!!

I hope that didn't take any of you by surprise; after all, 10 out of every 10 of us die. So, what're you going to do about it?

I never really thought about it myself until I was about 13. Then it hit me: I could die at any moment, be it some natural disaster, or a car plowing onto the sidewalk, or some nasty disease nobody predicted. Now it wasn't so much dying I was concerned about, but what comes after. As the bible says,"...it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment".

I had always considered myself to be pretty good, at least compared to other people; at least I never murdered anybody! Most of us think of ourselves this way. But how good do you have to be to get into heaven? Do you think you'd pass the test? If so (of if not), go to www.goodtest.com and see! Maybe you don't believe in any of this stuff- but what if you're wrong? That is literally a hell of a chance to take, and not one to be made lightly!

Miles Lewis	Aug 20 2008 1:27 AM Carrie, You might not remember me but I used to be a GNN Local/Team Leader. I remembered that you lived in Colorado but I didn't know which city. In two weeks I will be in Denver and Ft. Collins area preaching on the campuses along with a couple other former GNN local leaders. Starting Sept. 2 on Tuesday for that week. God's Daughter and Matt's Girl	Sep 7 2007 5:59 AM Hello my friend! Schoolwork is crazy this semester, but I love my floor! I'm lving in the new Horton. The girls on this floor love Jesus so much, and they exude a spirit of compassion, humility, and vulnerability. It's amazing! We're doing a floor Bible study that meets from 7-9 p.m. every Tuesday night. Revival is spreading on campus too. :) I have to admit, it's still a little weird being back from Guatemala! I miss it lots! I hope go there full-time someday! Please pray that I would keep a good balance between schoolwork, spending time with the Lord, and friends the semester. I'm already struggling with balancing those three things. Please pray that HE would be my vision no matter how much I have on my plate. hugs and blessings to you!

But, let God change you to become who he wants u to be, a person who loves others the way he does, forgives easily as he does, forgetting their sin they commited against you or whatever it may be. It's impossible to forget or forgive others on our own strength, but with God, it's possible..b/c he's the strenght in our lives. It's like a ship without a anchor. I'm either going to have it on the 21st, 29th, or 30th, but I need her input. I'm coming back to CO late at night this Wednesday. I don't go back to Biola until later in January (school starts again on the 29th).
