*We do shows here Tuesday through Saturday, pretty much year round. We usually try and keep it to one show a week, but will make exceptions on occasion. We book the majority of our shows at Monstros Pizza.
* PLEASE don't call Monstro's and bother them about booking something because they have nothing to do with it.
* LOCALS: Drop off a cd with lyrics to Monstro's, this can just be a demo, it does not mean it has to be a professional recording. If you don't include lyrics we won't even look at your cd, so please include them. It's very important to us.
*We WILL NOT book racist, sexist, homophobic or misogynistic bands.

ChicoArea Pyrate Punx is a non profit organization that sets up shows for the underground Punk Rawk & such music scene. (everything thats not main stream) We provide a safe/ish place for bands to play and be heard, and for the kids of all ages to come out and support. All the bands are paid provided by cover charges, So please support your local music scene. We have been building your music scene since 9/13/97. We are very open minded to what you all would like to hear around da Chico Area, feel free to post messages, polls or e-mail us if you would like any more information, or have comments or suggestions. Please stay posted for events and shows happening in your area. We do all ages shows every so often at a couple different venues, and we also do bar gigz here & thar. Please step up and be a voice, this is your community, it is up to you to voice what you would like to hear & partake. We will do our best to provide for da underground punk rawk music community. We have many things planed for the future, and many ideas in play, so again, please stay tuned!

Even if yer not or on a team ye can still come out and support the teams. This is a public bowling alley they have lanes for rent and a kitchen and most importantly a bar to serve you with. The Alameda bowling alley is right next to a beach as well so ye can take yer sweet heart on a walk. Please be smart & warned, the Alameda police force are known to be unprofessional @ tymes.
