Chico Boom was formed in San Sebastián, in the north of Spain and its made up of Imanol G.A. (Guitars / Vocals), Koldo Soret (Bass / Vocals), Alvaro Turrion (Hammond / Keys) and Andoni Etxebeste (Drums / Vocals). Their music comes from the roots of Rock music without denial of or over-influence by previous rock movements. Andoni Etxebeste and Imanol G.A. were co-founder members of the legendary band: Señor No. Señor No were more than a dozen years on the road and have a long list of albums and gigs, which is clear proof of their ability and popularity. Koldo Soret played in bands such as 4 Itzal, Utikan!, Mugatik, Euripean Sua. At the moment Koldo is also playing with Surfin Kaos.
Alvaro Turrion played with Small Things and Five Lives, also with Imanol G.A. and Andoni E.
Their new album "Squeezing The Time EP" has been released through GP Records in Digipack format.This brand-new work comes as a continuation of their categorical first single Birth. Brilliant compositions influenced by the 60s and 70s and also more by current music. They reinforce their style with these seven great tracks which show their sensibility and elegance.
There are a lot of years of work and experience behind this band that prove their continued popularity.
