About me:

The Children’s Home (TCH), www.childrens-home.org, is a 501(c)(3), New Jersey nonprofit, community-based treatment home nestled in historic Mount Holly, NJ for children and youth ages 8–21. We offer a structured, supervised, therapeutic group setting for each resident in a safe and caring environment. Founded in 1864 to care for the needs of Civil War orphans, TCH has evolved through the years as the child welfare system and the needs of New Jersey’s children has changed. Today, TCH consists of a residential program, partnered with a special education school, focused on conduct disorders and other behavioral and emotional problems. Through a combination of group and individual processes, residents are afforded the opportunity to develop self-management skills, daily living skills, and to continue their emotional growth as expected in adolescence.

    Maybe one of the reasons we can't trust TCH with our daughter any longer and they allowed her to have s sexual relationship there which has hurt her is because they are proving who they are by friending bands like Piece of Candy - "The Sexiest Band on the Jersey Shore"!?  A band that has it's female lead sit on men's laps, swing on poles and hang all over band mates.  The friend list for TCH is a true picture of what goes on down there.

I will be cycling to Louisiana and Texas to help out with the recovery and rebuilding after Hurricanes Gustav and Ike and revisiting the Mississippi Gulf Coast to see how the on-going rebuilding is coming along after Hurricane Katrina.
