Brighton pirates: doin' it for our sanity
If you're in the Brighon area, you should check 'em out. You never know what you're gonna hear and that's how radio should be. They also have alternative global and local news.
If you're not in Brighton (or are and can't be bothered to get up and tune in your radio) you can listen live with the magic of the magical interwebnet (usually works over the weekends).
Radio Reverb
Another station for Brighton which has been around for a few years but has just started broadcasting full time on 92.7 is Radio Reverb, a community station that's well worth a listen. There's live streams of that too.

About me:
I live in Hove with my girlfriend, collect records and gadgets, avoid watching TV & taking the news too seriously, make an effort to keep in touch with old friends and drive a car that runs on vegetable oil (yep, like the stuff from the supermarket- straight into the tank, forget about that biodiesel junk) though I wish I still had my '67 split-screen VW bus.
In the winter we try to get out to my mate's place in France for a week's snowboarding, and spend the rest of the time in one of Brighton's many good pubs, bars or clubs when we're not hanging out at home.
In the summer we try to get away camping as much as possible- exploring the UK and its hidden treasures is the main mission.
Music is one of my passions- I can't be away from it for too long or I get cranky. I've been collecting records since I was a nipper and DJ from time to time.

I've been making websites professionally for over 12 years now, first started while living out in Texas while the internet was first exploding in the States and most of the people in the UK I told about the web thought I'd been turned into a super geeknerd. Now I try to balance my work time between making standards compliant websites and helping people out with their computers.
