Amy Macdonald is actually playing a sold out gig in Edinburgh tonight! Didn't realise until now. Just checked out her website and she's kicking off a tour. Unfortunately, in August she won't be around in Scotland, but she's doing the V Festival at Chelmsford and Stafford (guessing they are in England somewhere!! lol) What a shame! xo

Hi Chimera! Take a look at my Top Friends. Included are Musicians United, Melting Pot and the Independent Muso network. They are organizations that are there to help Independent artists start out, and they are all Victoria based. I found it difficult finding a manager that handles solo artists (the One man/woman bands!) so I believe this may be the way to go. Also, Downunda Thunda Indie Radio broadcast from all capital Australian cities. They're looking for new artists, so give them a go. Worth your while adding them all, I think!
