チンパンジーネックスは平均年齢１７歳、青春果汁100%のパンクロックバンドである。

-2008年-
春東京都内の高校にて朝倉（当時ギターの３６歳）、ヤリ○ンベースの澤田を中心にコピーバンドとして結成
秋朝倉がドラムに転向し、ギターが弾けない木村が加入しばらくしてオリジナルを作り始める

-2009年-
春いつの間にか岡本が加入していた現在の編成へ
同年夏休み前のライブにて突然の解散発表
文化祭にて再結成、自主制作音源の配布に政治的な理由で失敗またもや解散
シングル「五反田の女王」を発表
