About me:

China Pearl is a community organization founded in October 2007; it is based in Liverpool, U.K and aims to advance the education of Chinese traditional and modern Performing Arts to wider British audience and achieve the harmonious race relation by advancement of cultural exchange among communities. We also run educational Chinese dance workshops in schools and community centres. So far we have produced "Dream" Chinese History Dance Show, 'Life of Totem' Chinese Ethnic Dance Show, 'Spring of Sonata' Chinese Lantern Festival Culture Show and 'Beacuse of Love' & 'Home of Love" China Quake Appeal Charity Show, which were all great success. We are currently working on Shanghai Expo Chinese Arts and Culture Celebration on Sunday 22.08.10 at the Blackie, Chinese arts workshops at Wavertree Nursing home and Mary Seacole House, MDI's waterfront event on 07.08.10 and "Beyond the Arch" Liverpool Chinese stories dance and film show.
