I'll be back in the LA area again soon. I've become addicted to surfing, so it's gonna be hard to keep me away. Hell, I may even move in with you for a couple years after I retire!! LOL

Please don't feel offended. This was a very fast & busy trip. First, I had to get in 2 days of surfing in Del Mar (driving there & back from LA). Driving back was a nightmare !! (How do you Californicators stand all that traffic? :)  ) 

Once back in LA, I attended a two-day wedding at the Luxe on Sunset Blvd. It was a Jewish wedding, so the partying, dancing, and eating was nonstop, despite my sore leg muscles. I HAD to visit with Jewish friends and "relatives" who were at the Luxe for the wedding. I hadn't seen them in a long time. Not that they are more important than you: it's just that they had me captive in the hotel. Have you ever tried to say no to a Israeli-American mother (of the groom) who was born & raised in Tel Aviv? I didn't even get to see my extremely close law school friend who lives nearby in Pacific Palisades, even though she & I had cars we could have used. She understood, as I hope you will too.

How are you? What's the latest with Dance Labs? What's the latest on the military coup? :)

I've been really busy lately. I'm going to my first Muslim wedding on Friday. I'm also preparing for a visit by Jordanian judges. I'll be spending a whole day with them on mediation and a preliminary injunction mock hearing. Then, there's my regular work on class actions and bankruptcy.

So much for business. How's your personal life?

When I was in Thailand, I didn't get to go to a Thai wedding. I did, however, attend a Thai funeral.

I know that in Cambodia a traditional wedding goes on for several days. My Cambodian friend had so many outfits to wear over the course of the wedding days that I don't know how he had the energy to keep changing outfits, let alone remember what to wear for what event.

Is it like that in Thailand?
