    For over 20 years Chinawhite indulge in their first love; the making of music, more specific, rock music... The band is spreading the disease by playing live, by releasing demo tapes and, for now, 3 CD�s. Over the years more than 150 shows have been performed. Besides The Netherlands they played in Belgium and Germany. Supports were done for among others Uriah Heep and the Golden Earring... Critics describe the music as multi faceted with touches of progressive rock and metal, hard rock and AOR. The songs often are catchy and energetic, but always melodic. Also the band is not afraid to play a sensitive ballad. The sound is composed of a unique lead voice, walls of guitar with regular outbursts, pumping and screaming organ, touching piano and groovy and booming drums and bass. When on a roll, the five-piece really put the icing on the cake! In reviews Chinawhite are compared to for instance Rush, Kansas, Spock’s Beard, Toto, Uriah Heep, Dream Theater, Threshold and Saga to name but a few. Reason enough to inform yourself!
