Oct 23 2007 7:50 AM

Greetings everyone! On November 10, 2007 C.L.A will be producing a benefit to raise funds for the AB-540 Scholarship Fund that we established a few months back. The benefit will feature musicians, speakers, art and other items for auction in hopes of raising funds to aid undocumented students in their pursuit of higher education. We invite everyone to help us with this cause. We strongly feel that education should not be limited, education should be available to all as it is one true way to progress society.
The "About a Dream Benefit" will be hosted at Antigua Coffee House from 5:30-10pm. They are located in the city of El Sereno. Their address is 4836 Huntington Drive South 90032. They are a Fair Trade coffee shop with great tasting coffee. Check out their website at antiguacoffeehouse.com or check out their Myspace, they are conveniently placed on my top friends list.
We hope you can make it. "Let us all be realists and ask for the impossible."

Through struggles and triumphs,

Juan Llamas
