Movies
Apocalypse Now (Redux), Secretary, David Lynch stuff, Eighties teen classics, American Psycho, Ghost World, Gus Van Sant, John Waters, British films which aren't about gangsters, American indie films, Foreign stuff, weird arthouse films...
Television
Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe is basically the funniest and one of the best things on tv these days - which is weird given that it is often a show which is slagging off the majority of the rest of what is on tv.
I like lots of British Comedy (Reeves and Mortimer, Father Ted, Blackadder, Brasseye, etc., etc.). I'm also currently into British drama such as Ashes to Ashes, Clocking Off, Abigail's Party, Oranges Are Not The Only Fruit, Sugar Rush, GBH... that sort of thing.
Plus Twin Peaks deserves a mention for just being one of the best things ever made and probably emotionally scarring me for life.
Books
Iain Banks, Louise Rennison, Roddy Doyle, J.T. LeRoy, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, Homer, Virgil, Rich Hall, Zadie Smith, Sylvia Plath, Philip Pullman... I read fiction, non-fiction, biographys, comedy stuff, modern classics, politics, mythology, food packaging labels... whatever, I'll read anything.
I also quite like comic books too ('cos I'm a geek like that). I don't really like most of that fantasy/ sci-fi/ superhero stuff but I do like Robert Crumb, Art Spiegelman, Daniel Clowes, David B., Craig Thompson, Adrian Tomine, Charles Schultz and my favourites are Jaime and Gilbert Hernandez.
I'm a girl.
I live in Glasgow.
I finished uni and looking for a job is boring.
I'm also a single mum.
I like lots of things including grooving, sewing, eating, drawing, laughing, this, that, the other and generally being awesome.
hiyazzzz ich punch you in the fanny for throwing those headphones at me i thought i was about to piss myself with fright! have a nice wee shnozz, the pain will come in the morning. xxxx
It's better than their normal "Lets see how much Limp Bizkit we can fit in to the night."
Also going to see Cannibal Corpse on Halloween at the ABC this year too, up for that? It'll be br00tal as fuck, we should get a uni night out to that, it is on a Saturday!

im really disappointed with the download line up i feel really ripped off fnm are the only band i want to see.apparently we have to leave on the wed before till the Monday thats just hell.i don't mind camping etc but its bands i'll have to endure. nbc was pure luxury.is sonic youth playing this yrs?i saw them at brixton acad a few yrs ago they rocked. hows your weekend?xox
I hope they dont play download i hate big fests myself.i another heard a rumour of titp which would suck bigtime, wishful thinking that fnm would be the curators for ATP this year. that would be sweet xox
