I believe in life, love, laughter, adventure, connecting w. people at a deep level, having a strong, centered sense of self, and calmly taking on life's obstacles as they arise. I pretty much do what I want, when I want. I don't take life seriously but I do have goals. I create my life and I am responsible for making it the best it can be for myself and those around me. I love to co-write music w. people. No rules. No breaks. When my friends see this page they will think I have either gone crazy, or turned into a hillbilly. The musical bio is below.
In Sept. 2007 Chris Armes and 13 other lucky songwriters were chosen by the Multi-Platinum selling songwriter Jeff Steele for the 2nd Annual Jeff Steele Songwriter's Bootcamp in Nashville, TN. Chris' songs have been featured on MTV's "Real World", FOX TV's "Tru Calling" with Eliza Dushku, the Playstation video game "Big Mutha Truckers 2!", the recently penned "Frightening Lightning" theme song for the San Diego Chargers, and his song "American RocknRoll" in a series of pre-SuperBowl 42 commercials (most watched SuperBowl!)
