About me:

Small Intro...

I'm 20, live in footballers country; Cheshire, and I'm bored shiteless. I’m a pretty quite person, I keep myself to myself most of the time, so people will have to get my attention most of the time if they want to chat. I try and see the best out of everything, I don't let a few rotten apples spoil the orchard. I've suffered from M.E. for a good few years now, since I was fifteen. Can't shake it off.

The Likes...

I love Football.
Manchester United through and through.
Formula One and MotoGP.
Massive Jacques Villeneuve fan, closet Lewis Hamilton fan, part-time Jenson Button fan.
Golf, usually play it weekly.
Snooker fan and player.
Ronnie O'Sullivan fan, he with Jacques and Beckham are probably my great idols, beause I can relate to a lot of what he says.
I love animals.
I love art. [click]
Friendly people, I like people who make others happy, who put the interests of friends before their own.
I like people who are intelligent and have great ingenuity (That's why I admire many people like Kenneth Williams, Clement Freud and Stephen Fry, Koen Vergeer), two of the most brilliant and important qualities anyone can have

The Dislikes...

Patronising journalists and 'bloggers'.
The British sporting press.
'Private profilers'.
Fakers.
Animal cruelty.
I hate the new "forum culture" (I just made that phrase up but it's pretty accurate) surrounding Football knower days.

"To Them" - in memory of the Munich Air Disaster, on the 6th of February, 1958

Pause for a while and a tale I’ll relate, of a team that we justly had cause to call great,
A long time may lapse err we see such a team, for Busby just skimmed the top of the cream,
In England and Europe yes, world football too, these youngsters knew just what precisely to do,
No bragging, no boasting just on with the game, the best and the rest will remember their names,
Remember them well and honour them too, reflect on the glory they brought home to you,
Byrne, Jones, Whelan, Coleman, Taylor, Pegg, Edwards and Bent,
how could they know their lives had been spent,
Crickmer the faithful and Whalley the great, who’d worked day and night a defeat to prevent,
Can you forget? Well brother just try, then brush that tear away from your eye,
The good lord above must have made a decree –,, “I need you in heaven for eternity”
And somewhere above they watch and they say,,, “United we are, United we stay”.

No matter for now what the future may hold, your exploits are legion United the bold,
The world shall remember as each of us do, the greatest team ever, the team that was you,
And some day perhaps on Old Trafford ground, if we listen with care we may hear a strange sound,
As from up in the clouds with pride we look down, and see the Babes wearing your own triple crown.

Who I'd like to meet:

As I said above, I like to meet friendly people, who know what they're talking about and really 'down-to-earth', however overused that phrase is...

Cassidy Morgan, Jacques Villeneuve, Clement Freud, David Beckham, Russell Brand, Murray Walker, Martin Brundle, Sir Alex Ferguson, Michael Schumacher, Stephen Fry, Koen Vergeer, Lewis Hamilton, 'Bree Olson'...
