CHRIS CADDELL AND THE WRECKAGE- Blues, Rock and Soul
Since crashing on to the Toronto music scene in 2002 Chris Caddell quickly became one of the city's most saught after musicians. His guitar playing captivated audiances and fellow musicians catching the attention of well established Canadian artists looking for guitar players for hire.
Chris has been fortunate enough to play with some incredible artists and musicians either touring, in the studio or just plain jammin'. These artists include Sass Jordan, Thornley, Colin James, Hawksley Workman, Amanda Marshall, Fefe Dobson, Rex Goudie, Melissa O'Neil, Tara Sloan, Susie McNeil, Fairfield, Leh-Lo and was fortunate enough to play with one of his heroes Jeff Healey before his passing.
Being the avid football fan that he is when Chris was asked to be a part of the 2007 Pre Game show for the Grey Cup in Toronto, singing and playing guitar in the end zone was a early 'check off the ol' dream list' in his career. His next ideal gig... he and his good pal Chewey (his white strat) on a cold sheet of home ice belting out our national anthem for his beloved Toronto Maple Leafs.
The well established Canadian guitar player also has a great set of pipes. When Chris is not on the road he is also the lead singer/guitar player for "Toronto's Hottest Cover Band" Stiflers Mom (Rock). You can catch the band live every Sunday at The Orbit Room in Toronto with some great friends and incredible musicians.
His debut album 'Chris Caddell and The Wreckage', produced by Casey Marshall is a hard hitting mix of blues, rock and soul. With his powerful, raspy voice to his masterful use of the fret board, he commands and captivates his audience every time he hits the stage. With a lot of hard work and born talent Chris has proven his place in the music industry and continues to push forward impressing even the toughest critics!
