I'm a drummer that recently graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and is now residing in the greater Seattle area. I majored in Professional Music with an emphasis on composition and performance. Aside from playing the drums, I also like to play the piano and write music. As far as styles go, I'm pretty open musically. I love to play funk, rock, pop, soul, R&B, jazz, latin, afro-cuban, and world music. I also do session work so if you like what you hear please contact me. For my more professional work, please check out http://www.christiancarlsonmusic.com. Thanks and take care.

5.) Phyrgian (3) - This was my mid-term project for my Advanced Modal Harmony class. I wrote this piano piece and performed it. It is based on the mode of Phyrgian Natural 3. I put it on this site because it shows my piano/compositional skills.
