Chris was born in Gorzow, a small town in Western Poland. His first steps into music were
through his music school of violin and later guitar classes. He was always interested in music.
He began his journey with DJ'ing at the age of 16 when he went to his first techno party. A few days later he bought his first decks. He has completed a Hades DJ Course in 1999 as the best student in his class but the real mixing was self-taught in his specious studio-room at his family house in the town suburbs.
After the course, however, his career took off rapidly with his weekly radio show in a local radio station. He began to play in a local clubs in his home town and around. Those years were full of German Trance end Techno popular in that time, especially in the West. Chris, however, was more into House music so he decided to widen his horizons by starting to play all over Poland, especially in Southern part where House music was there more preferred then in Western part. Chris likes playing melodious tunes in style such as; deep House, Soulful House as well as Funky House. His motto is “House is a feeling which comes from the soul” and he believes that house music is about emotions. People love House music because it not only moves their body but it also moves their hearts.
In 2002 he decided to move to London to pursue his DJ career and experience the most fashionable and vibrant capital of Club Music. The beginnings were not easy. Chris started to play in small pubs and clubs and he still believes that the best party is the one organized in a small club where people know each other, where they can fell that magic connection with a DJ and other people, where design and everything else is just not as important as the music itself. October 2004 - the Advanced DJ Course with the Point Blank agency completed. The course opened him the door to performing on Internet Radio. Chris de Broadway is now playing around the UK and abroad looking to broaden his career into music production.
