Chris Jones is highly influenced by the guitar sounds of people like Eric Clapton, John Mayer, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Robert Cray. When going to a Chris Jones show you can expect to hear anything from soft rock to hard core Blues Rock.
Chris Jones is a 20 year old musician from the Salem, Oregon area. Born october 3rd 1988 he grew up listening to oldies and blues music with the likes of his family and friends.
He focused mainly on rock until he was turned onto musicians like Robert Cray, Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Eric Clapton. From there Chris focused mainly on blues but does enjoy acoustic and also pop rock on the sides.
Chris has played many shows varying from Salem to Portland and loves to play in front of an audience, there is nothing like the energy of a live crowd when you're playing a great song.
Currently Chris is running a three piece band with members that alternate based on styles.
