Chris Madden is a Irish Singer/Songwriter and Musician. His songs tell stories about the times we live and real life heroes while offering a chance of escape. His styles of music include Folk, Indie, Country and Heartland Rock.
I'm Chris Madden I'm from Northern Ireland and I was born on Christmas eve 89. From an early age I was exposed to a lot of great music such as, CCR, Bob seger, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles etc.
So at of 15 I started listening to rock music and started playing guitar and writting songs. My material is country/folk and lyric infulenced, influences would be, CCR, Bob seger, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, U2 (Rattle & Hum era), The Eagles, Keith Urban, The Killers, Paolo Nutini and local acts like Brian Houston, Anthony Toner & Bap Kennedy. All my material is recored at home in very simple recording setup, so there just demos really.
