Me?... Well.....I was born in New Westminster July 9th, 1979 and was adopted by a loving family who raised me in the small coastal city of Prince Rupert BC. From early on, I knew my calling was music.

Currently, 2006-2009+ I am the frontman for Vancouver band Signal and Sound.

I have been singing, playing and composing since I could crawl and babble and got my first guitar at age 8. I used to find my way into my Aunt Elenors back room as a child and climb up onto the Piano stool and only be able to lift the top of the cover to expose the ivory keys a create and re-create melodies in my head. I used to write poetry and sing it to my grandmother.

I was a good kid but a dreamer....I used to get phone calls home about singing or humming or tapping out beats in the back of class, totally unconcious about how pure the music was for me. So I played in bands all through-out high school and into University. My first band 'Bliss' I played Bass in for 2 years.

The Song 'YOUTH ENERGY' was the gem of the first band 'Adrenalin Addiction' I fronted back in 1998 in my home town of Prince Rupert BC. We played all over Northwest BC at 18 and 19 years of age. Recorded by Link Simpson of Steller-Studios (Prince Rupert)

Later in University I fronted a band called Third Wave with my former University dorm mate Mike Gray and his Younger brother Scott Gray. We lived together and played everyday. We played all the great venues in Prince George including The Generator Cabaret opening for Skin Cell and opened the show at the Northern BackYard BBQ opening for Spirit of The West, Maestro Fresh West and Fifth Season (Broken Social Code). The Song 'LIMBO' was a great success on the local level and I am proud of this early recording in my Discography. Limbo was recorded, mixed and mastered with the help of Todd Hinecker at Sound Works Studios (Prince George BC)

For awhile in between bands I started on my own soft and solo project drawing influences and inspiration directly from my life experiences. At the time, the trials were great and I found my salvation in music, lyric and their expression. I recorded 'BLINDSIDED' with Link Simpson many years later at the new Steller-Studios location in Vancouver, 2006.

Signal and Sound formed in September of 2006 in Vancouver. 4 middle class kids from small towns across the country found one another in the big city and bonded close friendships with their common histories and love of the music.

I invite you to come and see the raw intense emotion of lyrics and performance and the melodic dynamics that is Signal and Sound. Signal and Sound is currently ready to release our new studio tracks recorded with Link Simpson of Steller-Studios (Vancouver)
